7. CONSIDERATION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN TO PROGRAM CDBG CORONAVIRUS (CDBG-CV) FUNDS

Staff recommends the Council (1) review CDBG program priorities and identify projects for funding; and (2) direct staff to prepare and circulate a streamlined Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to identify service providers, and return to Council on May 26, 2020, for final review and approval of a substantial amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Action Plan.
