ORDINANCE: SECOND READING

 

7. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA MESA AMENDING SECTION 17.12 OF THE LA MESA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADJUST THE SCHEDULE OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 AND FISCAL YEAR 2021

Staff recommends the Council approve the second reading and adoption of the Ordinance amending Section 17.12 of the La Mesa Municipal Code to adjust the schedule of sewer service charges for Fiscal Year 2020 and Fiscal Year 2021.

8. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE BOND FINANCING FOR THE LA MESA SPRINGS PROJECT INCLUDING ISSUANCE OF TAX-EXEMPT BONDS BY THE CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CSCDA) IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,000,000
