Utility Services
The City of La Mesa provides sewer services for La Mesa residents and businesses. Sewer charges are calculated based on average winter water use and billed annually with your county property taxes. Residents do not need to contact the City to start or stop service. This will occur automatically when the change of ownership is recorded with the County of San Diego.
