Overview


In order to improve efficiency, maximize limited City staff resources, and ensure the health and well-being of both the public and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of La Mesa has activated a public portal to process building permit applications and plan reviews electronically. Through ePlan's GoPost system, users can submit permit applications, plans and supporting documents, reports, receive comments and corrections, and provide resubmittals 100% electronically.  Before getting started using GoPost, please carefully review the Electronic Plan Review Submittal Guidelines and the Electronic Plan Review Technical Advisory, both of which are available for download and review below.
