LA MESA CELEBRATES APRIL POOLS DAY

La Mesa, CA... April Pools Day, a free event for the whole family, will be held Saturday, April 13, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the La Mesa Municipal Pool, 5100 Memorial Drive, La Mesa, 91942. The event promotes water safety in preparation for May, which is Drowning Prevention Month. 

Activities include swim lessons, water safety and CPR presentations, infant swimming demonstrations and a mock rescue by City of La Mesa Lifeguards and Heartland Fire and Rescue. Bring your swim suit for a fun, water safe afternoon at the La Mesa Pool. The event will be held rain or shine.
